Before first use

1. read all instruction carefully and keep them for future reference.
2. remove all packaging.
3. clean the cooking plates by wiping with a sponge or cloth dampened in warm water. Do not immerse the unit inwater and do not pour water directly onto the cooking surface.
4. dry with a cloth or paper towel.
5. lightly coat the cooking plates with a little cooking oil.

1. Disconnect the appliance from the main outlet. Do not disassemble the matangi roti maker for cleaning.
2. Let the appliance to completely cool down before you start cleaning.
3. Do not immerse the matangi roti maker in water or clean the appliance in running water.
4. Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, dry, cloth. Never use scouring pads.
5. Clean the interior non stick surface with a soft damp cloth and then wipe it throughly with dry cloth.
6. Store the appliance in a cool dry place.
7. The power cord can be wrapped around the bottom of base for storing.
